The Base systems offer all the core technologies of the IFDR solutions, standardized in the 300, 500, 800 models. Each of these differs from others for maximum filtration capacity and size, always guaranteeing the filtration below 10 micron and the extraneous oils removal.
This dedicated IFDR filtration system is always supplied with Filstar's self-cleaning filter and automatic sludge discharge in a special collection tank. The structure is also composed of a tank for clean liquid, an oil drainage tank, frame for positioning on the ground or with handling wheels, predisposition for temperature control, electric control panel and pneumatic control panel. Each IFDR 300 is able to receive and manage up to 2 delivery pumps for a total maximum flow of 40 or 80 l / min.

The temperature control system developed by RBM allows it to be combined with any model of the IFDR range without increasing floor space required. Thanks to its small dimention and to the already pre-configured interface, it is installed in a few hours even after the purchase phase of the filtration system, either with track temperature or double probe management.
Each IFDR solution is equipped with a separate sludge basin. When the work carried out creates a condition of constant sludge, as in the case of working with cast iron or graffiti, it is possible to equip the system with a larger or automatic basin. This item is recommended when working materials with large quantities of sludge, which would require a fairly frequent cleaning of the drawer. It replaces both the standard sludge collection drawer and the increased standard sludge tray for the IFDR plants.
The DUPLEX application allows a wide variation of the tool's flow rate, with a minimum expenditure of energy and heat for the generation of the required flow rate and pressure; with significant savings on plant's management costs. It consists of two delivery pumps managed automatically through the control panel.
The use of medium and high pressure pumps makes it possible to improve the working efficiency of the machine tool on various processing areas.
